This is the CMS that is currently being used to host this Web site! It's a work in progress. However, we do plan on posting its source code along with installation instructions.

The primary goal of this project is to create a simple (yet elegant) Web CMS that is easy to install and support. It doesn't require a database. Instead, it stores its content in human-readable .xml files. For deployment, a simple "drag and drop" operation of the Web files will install the entire solution in an IIS virtual directory.
